Regional Manager, Funeral Director |Rollings Funeral Service/Pinnacle Funerals OH/MD/WV/PA

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager, Funeral Director to lead and support funeral home and cemetery operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a compassionate, strategic leader who is committed to exceptional service, operational excellence, and the professional development of their team.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all funeral home and cemetery operations within your assigned region.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and Location Managers, fostering a strong, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual business plans, budgets, and financial and production goals.
  • Manage regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and approval of expenses and capital projects.
  • Translate company goals and strategy into actionable plans at the local level.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with compassion and professionalism.
  • Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with corporate teams on product, process, and technology improvements.
  • Champion operational efficiency and support major organizational changes and initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership location manager experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, with regular regional travel.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • College degree in Mortuary Science (per state requirements).
  • At least 10 years of experience in the funeral/cemetery industry with increasing responsibility.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing or leading staff.Experience with budgeting and expense control preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Extended periods of sitting, computer work, and driving.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
