Responsibilities
  • Drive Leasing Performance: achieve and maintain strong occupancy by following up with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and converting leads into applications. Manage the leasing pipeline using the CRM and collaborate with other departments to drive results.
  • Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences: serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic communications; create a seamless move-in experience and support high resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: take ownership of the property’s condition and daily operations through regular inspections, coordination with maintenance, and enforcing cleanliness and safety standards; manage rent collection and address delinquency issues promptly; contribute to performance improvements.
  • Be a Cultural Champion: embody and promote company values (Extreme Ownership, Cover & Move, Discipline = Freedom, Customer Service) by taking accountability and delivering fast, thoughtful, resident-focused service.
  • Conduct Market Research: stay informed on local rental trends to inform pricing and property improvements.
  • Grow Professionally: participate in required training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
