Overview

Project Coordinator – Remote (Based in the U.S.). Employment Type: Full Time. Date Posted: 8/28/2025. Pay Range: 35.00 - 40.00 USD per Hour. Job Number: JO-2508-2714. Primary Function: The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the Supply Chain team by assisting in project planning scheduling and execution. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations while contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Contract duration: 9/8/25 to 2/6/26.

Location: Remote position. Pay rate: $40/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Support project planning scheduling and coordination activities
  • Track project progress and update project documentation regularly
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and meeting materials
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment
  • Help identify and resolve project issues or delays
  • Maintain accurate project files and ensure data integrity
  • Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain team as needed
Skills & Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in a supply chain logistics or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet Asana or MS Project preferred
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes or project management methodologies preferred
Education & Experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Business or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain logistics or administrative support
