Responsibilities

• Manage product implementations and own project management, including customer relationships, planning, and financials.
• Lead a team of functional and senior consultants, engineers, and entire project teams across multiple projects and geographies.
• Conceptualize and formulate best‑of‑breed solutions that meet implementation objectives within scope, schedule, and effort.
• Oversee implementations, projects, and initiatives across multiple engagements.
• Build and foster internal consulting capability across domains and industries.
• Contribute to product roadmap through active customer feedback and implementation experience.
• Champion company policies and processes, ensuring adherence within the team.
• Act as the company face in front of the customer.
• Facilitate, lead, and drive workshops, steering committees, and engagements with C‑suite executives and business sponsors.
• Deliver thought leadership to expand and build “Customers for life.”
• Assess, evaluate, and strategize the entire landscape, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with engagement teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience.
• Prior experience implementing Contract Management or Supply Chain applications is highly preferred; CLM implementation experience is highly desired.
• Experience managing at least five full‑life‑cycle enterprise application implementations with end‑to‑end program/project responsibility.
• Deep understanding of project management phases (initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure).
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC, project management, and implementation methodologies.
• Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project for detailed planning, monitoring, and progress tracking.
• Direct client engagement experience over multiple end‑to‑end implementations.
• Ability to interpret trends and data to formulate effective strategies and actions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities to foster client relationships.

Compensation

Annual Compensation:

Base – $110 k to $140 k

Variable – $10 k to $30 k

OTE – $120 k to $170 k
