ABOUT THE POSITION

Truvani is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Designer to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print production and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that reflect Truvani's commitment to quality and transparency. This role requires a unique blend of creative talent and technical expertise to ensure our marketing, packaging and printed materials are produced to the highest standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Concept Evolution: Take conceptual designs for things like packaging, marketing materials, etc. and turn them into fully finished designs, ready for print and/or deployment in marketing campaigns.
  • Design Execution: Develop and refine packaging designs, promotional materials, and print assets that align with Truvani's brand values and aesthetic.
  • Print Production Expertise: Prepare final production files, ensuring they are print-ready, and manage the proofing process for accuracy and quality. This includes color correction, dieline creation, and in-depth knowledge of various printing processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including art directors, graphic designers, and marketing, to bring design concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the production of printed materials, conduct press checks when necessary, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure the final output meets Truvani's high standards.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs maintain the integrity and consistency of Truvani's brand across different formats and platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Address production challenges, such as material limitations or printing constraints, and find creative solutions to maintain the design's integrity.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3+ years of experience in a production design role, preferably within the health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Experience in print production, including preparing print-ready files, color management, and working with external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of design techniques, processes, and materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
