• 1–3 years of direct experience in operations, production control, supply chain, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and troubleshooting system escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and evaluate operational activity and KPIs across the Production Control team.
• Partner with the team to resolve system escalations within D365.
• Support the Operations leadership team with resolving Production Control challenges.
