Overview
Product Partnerships Manager at OnePay. You will sit at the center of cross-functional initiatives to scale and deliver on the product roadmap by identifying and securing third-party relationships for customer-facing features across the OnePay app.
You Will
- Be the spearhead leading Commercial, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to find and close new partnerships with customer-facing implications
- Drive product partnership strategy and identify opportunities for embedded / native API driven experiences within the OnePay app
- Manage and broaden the scope of existing partnerships as product areas mature
- Conduct due diligence and size potential new partnership opportunities
- Navigate commercial and contractual negotiations in end-to-end deal cycles
- Bring a strong network of industry contacts in verticals such as debit/credit rewards, insurance, lending, investing
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and analysis for strategic partnerships
You Bring
- 5-7 years of partnerships experience including business development from scoping and due diligence to negotiations and closing
- Deep industry expertise in financial services / fintech (banking, invest, insurance, lending, etc.)
- Strategic mindset with ability to build and justify prioritization frameworks
- Owner mentality with bias to action
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with influence inside and outside the organization
- Curiosity, tenacity, and execution focus across multiple opportunities
- Willingness to travel when needed to advance deals
- Passion for creating impact through better financial services for all
