We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Product Designer to shape exceptional experiences across our critical customer‑facing channels, including optimum.com, the My Optimum mobile app, and our video product experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring our digital products are intuitive, delightful, and truly meet customer needs. You’ll work with other Product Designers and UX Researchers to deliver usable and accessible omnichannel design solutions that mitigate friction and are optimized for customer intents and business drivers.
