Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 11414 East 51st Street, Suite E, Tulsa, OK 74146

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 Depending on Experience

Incentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or student debt relief

Additional Locations With Openings: Mustang, Oklahoma City, El Reno, Yukon, Muskogee and Lawton.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
