BayCare is currently in search of our newest Outpatient Pelvic Physical Therapist Pool/PRN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. St. Joseph’s Hospital is well known for its advanced medical technologies and outstanding patient care, with more than 70 specialties represented among our medical teams. As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph’s Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness. This role will work between both the Medical Arts Building as well as the Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation clinics.

Physical Therapist Pool/PRN Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.

• Treat a variety of conditions including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, and sexual dysfunction.

• Provide care for diverse populations including women, men, and non-binary individuals across the lifespan.

• Educate patients on pelvic floor anatomy, proper body mechanics, behavioral modifications, and home exercise programs.

• Collaborate with referring providers, OB/GYNs, urologists, gastroenterologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with clinic, insurance, and legal standards.

• Stay current with continuing education in pelvic health and contribute to the development of best practices within the clinic.

Certifications and Licensures :

• Required BLS (Basic Life Support)

• Required PT (Physical Therapy)

• Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain

• Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
