Overview

Peer Review Coordinator – Saint Alphonsus Health System

Location: Boise, Idaho (with flexibility to work in Nampa as needed)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Day Shift (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Open to four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts

Are you a detail-oriented RN passionate about improving patient care? Join our Performance Improvement team as a Peer Review Coordinator, supporting the medical staff peer review process across the health system. This role is key to enhancing care quality and safety through accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the Peer Review process.
  • Analyze case review data and integrate findings with Medical Records.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, Medical Affairs, and Performance Improvement teams.
  • Support appointment/reappointment decisions with performance data.
Qualifications
  • Licensed RN in Idaho.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with physicians and clinical staff.
  • BSN preferred, or 8+ years of professional RN experience.
  • Inpatient clinical experience and project management skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of medical specialties and acute care settings is a plus.
