ADP is hiring an Employer Tax Advisor for our client facing Tax Navigation Center in the HRO - Comprehensive Services Organization.
Be part of a dynamic and growing organization where you will be a part of a NEW Tier I Tax Team, the Tax Navigation Center. This team is responsible for the inbound call flow and serve as the front line to answer client's employer related tax questions. As a Tax Consulting Advisor, you will be responsible for providing Tier I tax support to our clients and internal associates to help them navigate the complexity of the following areas: tax filing/deposits, tax account status, business changes, filing discrepancies, missing IDs, missing authorization forms, agency notices, out-of-balances, late original filings, and navigating our tax systems (SmartCompliance, iReports, etc).
