• 4-6 years of experience with a law firm and/or corporation.
• Experience with preparation and prosecution of US patents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patents and prepare infringement and validity opinions.
• Conduct educational seminars on intellectual property.
• Develop strategy for R&D and Product groups.
