Job description

We’re hiring a Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) Specialist to join our digital marketing team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, understands business objectives, and can build strong client relationships while managing our agency’s PPC services. SEO experience isn’t required, but a desire to learn more about SEO and AIO/GEO is.

Compensation

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Build targeted PPC campaigns across multiple channels from the ground up
  • Manage client expectations, strategies, budgets, and conversion tracking
  • Maintain and update large keyword lists
  • Understand and work toward clients' conversion goals
  • Monitor campaign performance against goals, industry standards, and benchmarks
  • Manage daily operations for multiple PPC accounts, including bid adjustments, targeting updates, and ad optimization
  • Research and analyze websites, document changes, and make optimization decisions
  • Analyze click‑through rates, conversions, spend, and creative performance to identify opportunities for growth
  • Create monthly client reports
  • Create internal leadership reports, including client performance and any industry changes
  • Participate in weekly and monthly client calls to discuss campaign performance
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve client objectives
  • Pitch in on web projects as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years creating and managing Google Ads campaigns (search and remarketing)
  • Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics to inform campaign strategy
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Familiarity with SEO and CRO best practices
  • Bing Ads management and Google Ad Grant experience is a plus
