A leading agriculture company in the United States is seeking an Operations Associate with a focus on agronomy. This role involves supporting crop management services and assisting with fertilizer and chemical operations. The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL and a solid understanding of agronomy products and services. Responsibilities include measuring inventory, handling grain operations, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires physical labor and travel to various locations.
As an Operations Associate with an emphasis on agronomy, you will be a key contributor to the success of our crop management and farm support services. You will assist in delivering agronomy solutions to our farmer-owners and customers, including crop inputs, field recommendations, and product guidance, while also supporting the efficient handling and storage of grain. Responsibilities include coordinating agronomy product inventory, maintaining facilities and equipment, supporting on-farm operations, and providing exceptional service to our growers. This role requires travel to multiple locations to support agronomy initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
Must have a Class A CDL with applicable endorsements or be able to obtain one, if applicable to the location. This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in the company’s vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position.
