Qualifications

• 1+ years of Scheduling experience in a relevant industry.
• 3+ years of experience with phone-based Customer Service.
• Must be highly organized and possess the ability to multitask.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and convert a high volume of incoming calls to sales opportunities.
• Respond timely to a high volume of web-based leads to convert into sales appointments.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments.
