Overview

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and foster brand loyalty. You are the face of our company, love the products, and represent our company values with authenticity.

Your role

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you are passionate about connecting with guests, educating them about AE & Aerie products, and making product recommendations that fit their needs. You’ll engage guests with a friendly, “friends first” mindset and showcase the AEO Selling Model as part of your daily interactions. You will also represent the brand and its loyalty channels to guests and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly, customer-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom) as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team in getting the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.
