About The Role

Qualified candidates have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking ability, and a friendly demeanor. As Office Manager/Dispatcher, you use modern routing software and critical thinking to develop, alter, and optimize delivery routes. You act as a liaison between drivers and customers, staying agile to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues.

Hours & Work Location
  • Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (Lehigh Valley)

Duties
  • Build strong relationships with drivers and customers to ensure daily productivity.
  • Dispatch – receive requests, triage work orders, and communicate with drivers/customers.
  • Handle phone, text, and email inquiries; take work orders and process requests.
  • Administer software and maintain compliance; accurate record keeping of client records, job sites, referral sources, and customer retention.
  • Billing – run reports to audit credit card payments and ensure accurate invoices.
  • Follow up on marketing prospects, Google reviews, and other assigned items.
  • Inventory – monitor office and field supplies.
Skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette – commitment to “Wow!” our customers.
  • Technology knowledge of MS Office products and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Professional and personable behavior at all times.
  • Independent and critical thinking related to logistics and customer experience.

Qualifications
