What You'll Do
  • Create individual medical care treatment plans and provide medical monitoring/ medication management for each client throughout treatment
  • Provide quality medical care to stabilize patients and enable them to fully engage in treatment
  • Update pharmacy orders, create UDS, med and lab orders, and review and address UDS and lab results
  • Collaborate with extended medical, clinical, and UR teams for seamless coordination of care
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all medical interventions, consultations, and directives
  • Complete daily and weekly client appointment schedule in timely and efficient manner
What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in medical field, and related certifications
  • Valid state medical license - FNP, PMHNP, PA-C
  • Federal DEA certification
  • Acute observational and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong collaborative and multitasking skills
Where You'll Work

Avenues Recovery Center at New England is a residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services. Our New England location is affiliated exclusively with Sober Living New Hampshire – a collection of three boutique sober living homes – enabling clients to engage in treatment while residing in a beautiful, relaxed, domestic setting with round‑time supervision and care. Avenues Recovery of New England offers a warm, accepting and growth‑oriented environment which motivates each client to shed their layers and open their souls to hope and healing. Our staff consists of nurse practitioners, primary therapists, clinicians, addictions counselors and behavioral health technicians – all of whom are skilled, passionate, and indescribably invested in the success of each client. Many of our team members are in recovery themselves and can therefore relate deeply to our clients and their needs.
