We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma‑related disorders.

As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that delivers hands‑on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility.

Responsibilities
  • Trouble‑shoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.
  • Help with staffing or coverage.
  • Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit.
  • Review incident reports and follow up through established process.
  • Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques.
  • Assist with infection control.
  • Monitor weekly data collected by RN's and supervisors and present trends to Director of Nursing.
  • Manage vendor relations and Pharmaceutical Services.
  • Manage new Nurse Orientation.
  • Assist Nurse Director with various duties, as designated by Nurse Director, including but not limited to monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff and reviewing/updating policies and procedures.
  • Assist in providing feedback and assuring compliance with Policies and Procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implementing corrective action plans, as required.
Qualifications
  • State Licensure as an RN (Required).
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.N.) from four‑year college or university (Required).
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Healthcare setting (preferred).
  • 1+ year of patient care experience in nursing field (Required).
  • 2+ years of direct patient care in nursing field (Preferred).

OR

  • Associate Degree (Required).
  • 3+ years of experience of direct patient care in nursing field (required).
  • 3+ years supervision (preferred).
