Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales, structuring, and negotiation of Fannie Mae’s Structured Transactions—including Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries—across all multifamily product types (conventional, affordable, manufactured housing, military, student and seniors housing).
  • Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding the promotion, sale, and service of Fannie Mae's Structured products.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Multifamily property owners and DUS lenders by developing tailored and adaptable financing strategies that address clients’ unique needs, all while consistently delivering a high level of customer service.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum Required Experience: 6 years of relevant experience
  • Desired Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Strong understanding of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting guidelines; Demonstrated knowledge or the desire to learn the nuances of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Structured Transactions; Proven ability to structure complex deals involving multiple layers of Multifamily housing finance products

The hiring range for this role is set forth below.
