What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership and Planning:

  • Set the long-term operational direction for Revenue Operations, aligning with company strategy and growth plans.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable programs and operational frameworks that support evolving GTM motions. Drive strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize operational alignment and impact.

Sales Efficiency and Optimization:

  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecasts, or performance metrics to improve sales efficiency by simplifying processes, evaluating new tools, allocating resources, and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Continuously assess and refine revenue processes and policies, including cross-department collaboration to implement transparency for deal desk operations and pricing to optimize deal outcomes.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to refine lead qualification processes by analyzing and reporting on campaign performance. Identify opportunities for lead routing improvements and monitor adherence.

Forecasting and Analytics:

  • Develop accurate revenue, capacity, and budget forecasts in partnership with Finance and GTM leaders based on data-driven metrics and KPIs.
  • Create dashboards to showcase insights and transparency for revenue teams and leadership.
  • Extract actionable insights from sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Own the tech stack and evaluate technology solutions to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered tools that enhance forecasting, pipeline health analysis, lead scoring, and sales enablement.
  • Use generative AI and machine learning tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline reporting, and uncover new insights from data.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Team Oversight: Directly supervise a team to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to foster professional development and high-quality work.
  • Hiring and Training: Play an active role in hiring new team members and developing training programs to enhance team skills.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including managing schedules, balancing workloads, and ensuring the team has necessary tools and information.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record of setting operational strategy and scaling revenue operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expert-level experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, sales engagement, BI platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple channels for buy-in and solutions.
  • Robust understanding of analytics and a data-driven problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data systems.
  • Enjoys dynamic environments, excels in creative problem-solving, and demonstrates hands-on work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and other software tools.
  • 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related field, preferably at a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary Range

$154,435 - $177,600 USD
