About the Role
The Senior Manager, Market Operations, will report directly to the Director, Head of Market Operations and will own the P&L for their respective regions and be responsible for overseeing operations, setting strategic goals, executing at a high level, and driving growth. As Sr. Manager, Market Operations, you will set a vision, work with our internal partners across Clutter and Iron Mountain to identify, scope, and execute key initiatives that will drive the organization’s objectives and key results and build outstanding customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, ownership, accountability, and a relentless focus on the customer experience to deliver strong operational and financial results. Note that this is a hands‑on role with an onsite requirement of 3‑4 days per week.
