Hybrid

A leading global investment and technology group is hiring a Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead enterprise-wide identity strategy and governance. This is a key hands-on leadership role, combining technical depth with strategic oversight across hybrid and cloud environments.

You’ll manage a dedicated IAM team, own the roadmap for authentication, access control, and identity lifecycle management, and work cross-functionally to strengthen the firm’s overall security posture. The environment is highly regulated, global, and data-driven — and this is a chance to shape how the business protects access across platforms, users, and systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and execute the firm’s IAM strategy across workforce and client identity systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee access management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Design and maintain authentication and authorization frameworks (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and enforce strong controls around administrative access.
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives (SOC2, NIST, DORA), ensuring all IAM activities meet regulatory standards.
  • Partner with IT, InfoSec, and Engineering teams to deliver secure integrations and scalable access models.
  • Evaluate new IAM technologies to improve security, automation, and user experience.
  • Report on IAM performance, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership.
What You Bring
  • 8–10 years of IAM, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure experience; at least 3–5 years in management.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IAM programs in complex, regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience with PAM, federation, SSO, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Deep understanding of governance frameworks, access reviews, and audit readiness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technology and business functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to define and deliver secure identity management for a global business — balancing user experience, compliance, and innovation.
