We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Manager, HR Delivery Partner to support the Head of Global HR Delivery in executing HR initiatives across the US. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of core people processes, employee relations, and organizational design outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a data‑driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various HR teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Employee Advocacy: Support the Head of Global HR Generalist Team in championing a culture of employee advocacy by addressing employee concerns and feedback promptly.
  • Core People Processes: Assist in the execution of core HR processes, including performance management, talent development and succession planning.
  • Employee Listening: Implement and manage employee listening programs to gather insights and feedback, and use this data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Management Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and ensure they are equipped to handle HR‑related matters effectively.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions, ensuring that initiatives are evidence‑based and aligned with business goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Organizational Design: Assist in the execution and implementation of organizational design outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $114,400.00 – $171,600.00. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate’s expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company’s Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz’s Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
