Manager, Data Center Utility Projects at American Real Estate Partners (AREP) / PowerHouse Data Centers. The role supports AREP's PowerHouse Data Center platform in collaboration with local utilities and energy suppliers across the country. The position is responsible for managing the execution of data center energy deployment within the PowerHouse portfolio of data center campuses, including communications, scheduling, consultant and contractor selection, and overall utility execution. Reports to the VP of Data Center Utilities and interfaces with local utilities, energy suppliers, consultants, design and engineering teams, data center end users, equipment suppliers, capital partners, and other project stakeholders.
