MCP Property Management is growing our portfolio across Western Massachusetts from Ware to Southampton. We are looking for a Hands On Residential Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and support daily operations across multiple residential properties.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff for:
    • emergency calls
    • routine repairs
    • unit turnovers
    • landscaping
    • snow removal
  • Work closely with property managers and the maintenance coordinator to assign and prioritize work
  • Support field operations and ensure repairs are completed on time and to standard
  • Maintain communication with residents and management regarding maintenance needs
  • Monitor workflow, equipment, supplies, and safety practices, record keeping
  • Help drive consistency and quality across all MCP properties
Requirements
  • Strong background in apartment maintenance (five years)
  • Must have knowledge of section 8 inspection requirements
  • Must Have knowledge of Massachusetts sanitary code
  • Familiar with inventory control, and tracking expenses
  • Ability to lead, organize, and communicate with maintenance staff
  • Skilled in general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and property systems
  • Knowledge of Appfolio, word, Excel, a plus
  • Reliable, detail focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
