Complete Care at The Boulevard, a respected skilled nursing facility in Chicago, IL, is seeking an experienced and engaged Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility operations. We are looking to bring the right leader on board promptly as we continue strengthening our resident care outcomes, staff engagement, and operational excellence.

About the Role

The LNHA will oversee all day-to-day facility operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, support clinical and non-clinical teams, and drive quality, financial, and resident satisfaction results. This is a highly visible leadership role with strong support from a collaborative regional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all facility departments
• Ensure compliance with IDPH, CMS, and all regulatory standards
• Maintain high-quality resident care, safety practices, and satisfaction initiatives
• Oversee budget management, census development, and financial performance
• Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and staff
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, community partners, and regulators
• Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LNHA license (required)
