Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Commission

Position Summary

We are seeking a high‑performing Legal Sales Professional who embodies these values to drive new client acquisition. This is a true sales role for a closer who understands that operating strategically means building genuine trust with individuals during life's most challenging transitions.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of hope and clarity for potential clients, converting inquiries into paid legal strategy sessions and securing retainers.
  • Achieve a minimum of 8+ paid legal strategy sessions per week.
  • Convert leads into 3+ new client retainers per week.
  • Operate strategically by conducting consultative sales conversations, identifying needs, and persuasively articulating the value of our representation.
  • Foster growth for clients and the firm by building a robust pipeline.
  • Lead with compassion throughout the client acquisition process.
