ResProp Management is looking for purpose‑driven college graduates interested in real estate with extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability to join our Leadership Development Program. The Leadership Development Program is a two‑year, entry‑level program in which the associate will learn all aspects of multifamily operations. The program aggressively nurtures a desire to learn and understand business through operational exposure, academic literature, and stretch projects that prepare associates to manage multi‑million dollar real estate assets.

Program Highlights
  • Operations exposure: leasing and marketing; driving financial performance and budgeting; customer service, procurement; collections/evictions; asset management decision‑making; lease‑up/marketing strategy.
  • Facilities / asset management exposure: property inspection and planning; construction contracting and monitoring; vendor management and onboarding.
  • Mentorship and networking opportunities across multiple businesses in the portfolio including industry professionals and proven entrepreneurs (investment, technology, operations, and corporate positions).
  • Accelerated career path within the industry.
