Responsibilities
  • Outbound calls to small to medium sized business owners (merchants) across the nation to obtain processing statements for sales consultants to analyze for savings and services.
  • Provide administrative support by managing the callback schedule and merchant follow-ups. Work closely with the Sales Manager to retrieve documents for pending accounts.
  • Contacting potential clients to discuss acquisition of the merchants processing statement
  • Administrative support functions
  • Prospecting leads and updating dialer network with contact information
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • HS/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge
