Job description

Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, schedules, and task lists.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and follow up with team members on task progress.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and tracking sheets.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project-related communication.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, HR, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying potential project risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Help allocate resources and monitor resource utilization.
  • Track project expenses and assist in budget monitoring where required.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, logs, issue trackers, and change requests.
  • Support in preparing client presentations and project summaries.
About You

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative/project support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience working with PM tools or CRM systems.
