Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead our team of Janitorial Supervisors and Custodians. The role involves managing client services, handling contract negotiations, compliance, and account management. Key skills include contract development, negotiations, pricing, budgeting, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial staff and ensure facilities are maintained properly.
• Manage contract operations, communicate with clients and government representatives.
• Train staff, supervise safety, and ensure quality standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, review financial statements.
• Supervise custodial staff and ensure satisfactory work completion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; experience may substitute.
• 3-5 years in janitorial maintenance, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance and custodial services.
• Familiarity with JAMS Droid apps software.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
