Responsibilities
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues by phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Audit and troubleshoot account issues via Active Directory, Office 365, and Single Sign On services.
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Walk customers through the problem-solving process using remote tools.
  • Contribute to Help Desk documentation through updates and suggestions

  • Basic Network Troubleshooting

  • Overall general IT knowledge to help users solve IT problems.
