Primary Purpose of the Position

The Investigator will support our global operations by conducting thorough, confidential investigations that protect our people, assets, and reputation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across business units and geographies, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies to resolve complex issues and support a safe, ethical workplace.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage investigations into a wide range of incidents including theft, misconduct, policy violations, workplace threats, and other security-related matters.
  • Deliver clear, objective, and timely reports to support HR, Legal, and Management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit) and external law enforcement or consultants as needed.
  • Conduct public records checks and assist with background screening and due diligence efforts.
  • Utilize investigative tools and technologies to gather and analyze information.
  • Support broader global security initiatives and special projects.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field, required.
  • Completion of Ohio Peace Officer Training is a plus.
  • Additional training or certifications in behavioral interviewing, surveillance, fraud examination, or private investigation are a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in investigations, law enforcement, or private security.
  • 2+ years prior experience in a corporate or enterprise setting is strongly preferred.
