Northrop Grumman has an immediate opportunity to join the Enterprise Shared Security Services team as an Industrial Security Analyst and lead for the Global Assistance Center.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team compliance with relevant GAC operating procedures and practices, including desktop procedures and Knowledge Base articles.
• Ensure quality of products and processes.
• Provide continuous real-time monitoring, assessment, and in-depth analysis on potential threats, as well as analytical support to Security Management as needed.
• Support the company\'s sector and enterprise crisis management teams by providing incident tracking and reporting.
• Maintain an information network of websites and other sources to facilitate an in-depth knowledge of the company\'s footprint.
• Conduct briefings and trainings as needed.
• Lead identification of opportunities for growth and improvement of processes.

Location and Schedule

The work location is in Irving, TX. This is a hybrid role with requirement to be onsite at least 2 days a week. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

This is a 2nd shift position Tuesday through Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm and Sunday through Monday 2:00pm – 11:00pm. This position is 9/80 schedule eligible with every other Thursday off.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience within Security OR Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience within Security OR Associate’s degree with at least 4 years of experience within Security OR High School Diploma with at least 6 years of experience within Security
• Security experience required
• Experience interacting with a variety of internal customers
• Proven team leadership and customer service ability
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train staff
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Top Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment

Primary Level Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\'s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
