A leading defense contractor in Irving, TX is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to ensure compliance with security protocols and support crisis management teams. Candidates should have at least 2 years of security experience and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Northrop Grumman has an immediate opportunity to join the Enterprise Shared Security Services team as an Industrial Security Analyst and lead for the Global Assistance Center.
The work location is in Irving, TX. This is a hybrid role with requirement to be onsite at least 2 days a week. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
This is a 2nd shift position Tuesday through Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm and Sunday through Monday 2:00pm – 11:00pm. This position is 9/80 schedule eligible with every other Thursday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\'s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
