Reporting to the HR Director, as part of the HR team of human resources professionals, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with client leadership and HR Centers of Excellence (COE), to develop innovative solutions and lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and contribute to the achievement of The Jewish Board’s vision and mission. The HRBP serves not only as client account manager to ensure the effective delivery of a full range and scope of human resources services for one or more client groups, but also serves as trusted advisor on sensitive and/or critical issues that pertain to people and related matters. They will support implementation and execution of our policies and procedures that are aligned with the organization's goals while guiding and communicating the strategy that comes from leadership.
