In order to further expand our market position, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial personality to take our sales and marketing activities to the next level, both strategically and operationally.

Responsibilities

• Establishment, further development and structured management of the Sales & Marketing department (team size: 4 employees)
• Developing and implementing a clear sales and marketing strategy to achieve the company\'s goals
• Active involvement in the development of efficient processes and structures in both areas
• Responsibility for the strategic planning, management and control of all sales and marketing activities
• Working closely with management to define market, product and communication strategies
• Ensuring consistent brand perception across all channels
• Hands-on implementation of operational measures - from campaign planning to customer approach

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing
• Experience in building and managing teams and departments
• Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-orientated way of working
• Strong operational implementation skills and organisational talent
• Communication and leadership skills at eye level
