Overview

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, and the franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. Position

Guest Experience Leader – McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant location (hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on customer service and creating feel-good moments for guests. Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
  • Assisting guests with using the ordering kiosks
