A leading financial institution in Florida is seeking a Global Payments Quality Manager to oversee a team of analysts in quality assurance efforts. The candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in financial services and demonstrate robust leadership and analytical skills. As a Global Payments Quality Manager within the Cross-Functional team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Analysts responsible for testing, and analyzing processes, data, and completed work across supported team and products. You will monitor day-to-day quality assurance reviews, participate in cross functional calibration meetings, provide guidance, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure performance is monitored, communicated, and implemented in accordance with controls and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs). You will analyze results to identify trends and work with business partners to drive solutions to issues. You must have robust leadership and analytical skills, the ability to manage time and a willingness to tackle new and difficult challenges. In addition, you should have some level of understanding of banking systems, and experience working on small projects and driving automation.
