The Role

As a Fitness Member Consultant, you will be the face of our studio, providing exceptional customer service and driving our sales efforts to new heights. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it's about welcoming individuals into a lifestyle that values wellness, connection, and collective success. Your mission will be to forge meaningful connections within our local community, partner with like-minded businesses, and introduce new members to the Row House family, helping them to set sail toward their fitness goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with the studio manager to ensure operational excellence
• Establish and maintain an effective referral program
• Maintain accurate records using established sales systems
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
• Lead studio previews/tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio
• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities
• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
• Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
• Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
• Properly onboarding all clients through the established processes
• Works closely with the Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
• Responsible for attending and participating in all related training programs
