8:00 am - 4:30 pm, no holidays or weekends. Required travel to various sites as needed.
To assist with ensuring accurate and timely execution of the responsibilities among designated staff consistent with hospital standards, policies, procedures, operational goals, and objectives. Provides progressive leadership and training to Financial Counselors and assists with the programs promoting continual quality improvement and corporate compliance. Other duties as assigned.
Seeking experience in patient revenue cycle. Experience in Social Work or Case Management is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Social Work, or related field is required. In lieu of degree a High School or GED and knowledge gained through at least 7‑10 years focused experience is required.
State of Wisconsin and Federal Certified Application Counselor Designation is required or must obtain within one year of hire. In lieu of Certified Application Counselor Designation, current Licensed Insurance Agent.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software programs is preferred. Experience using computerized billing systems in a service industry is preferred.
