About the Role

The Financial Analyst Senior offers the opportunity to work independently within your area of responsibility while further developing leadership skills and contributing to strategic financial initiatives. You will engage periodically with all levels of management and play a critical role in supporting clinical or business service lines.

Your role within the team
  • Serve as a financial representative for an assigned clinical or business service line.
  • Lead or support the preparation and continuous improvement of financial analysis, reporting, and general accounting processes.
  • Facilitate and analyze data related to operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of regulatory reporting, and maintain compliance with capital asset management requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the charge master, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle multiple priorities effectively while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and demonstrate leadership capabilities by leading or participating in finance-related projects.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
  • Preferred: Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Preferred: CPA
  • Minimum of 5 years of related finance experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare finance setting
