Job Summary

The Engineering Specialist will apply advanced technical expertise and leverage operational experience to ensure timely effective operational installations of new plants, expansions, and across various projects. Your role is critical in analyzing design proposals, optimizing processes through design phase into commissioning, and ensure that all lessons learned are carried across projects to enhance operational performance and efficiency. With a strong grasp of installation quality principles and a focus on safety, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contactors, and the customers to ensure that operational standards are met and projects are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction and installation phases.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards while ensuring future operational operability is considered at every step.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Work closely with project management while staying within project budgets and resources to ensure safe and timely completion.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in depth knowledge of water treatment systems, industrial installations and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in operations and installations in industrial settings.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or experience with project management.
