Overview

WSP is seeking a Fare System Analyst to join our team in Miami, FL. This is an on-site position with no option for hybrid work. The ideal candidate will have experience in fare collection and strong skills in developing work plans and tracking progress. You will collaborate with our Transit & Rail Revenue Management Team and contribute to a growing organization dedicated to meeting our clients' objectives and addressing their challenges.

Your Impact

  • Develop and manage fare collection projects, including cost, time, and scope.
  • Assess and analyze current fare system operations, proposing suggestions for future enhancements.
  • Identify new requirements for fare systems and develop specifications for acquiring new payment solutions.
  • Oversee the procurement process for selecting new fare payment technology solutions.
  • Strategize, monitor, and manage fare payment system projects to align with technological advancements and ensure revenue protection.
  • Stay updated on the latest fare payment technologies, trends, and solutions for transit fare collection systems.
Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in technology-related initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.
  • At least five years of experience coordinating and supporting fare collection business processes.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Professional Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
