Coordinates and supports the division’s faculty recruitment and onboarding activities. Prepares and implements a formal new hire orientation and onboarding program for new faculty; coordinates and facilitates faculty affairs for all regular track and associated track faculty. Serves as primary contact for division AP&T (Appointment, Promotion and Tenure) processes. Coordinates and oversees cyclical faculty affairs processes; reviews and monitors faculty review dates to maintain awareness of mandatory review dates as well as licensure and certifications. Assists and supports Division Leadership with administrative operations including human resources, procurement, travel arrangements and fiscal activities.
