A ski resort is seeking an Events Supervisor to coordinate and manage event operations. Responsibilities include overseeing event setups, managing schedules, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have event coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level. This role requires a high school education and offers a dynamic work environment focusing on guest experiences.
Assist Event Manager with the execution and coordination of events that will benefit Loon Mountain by adding value for guests. Loon is a customer-focused organization, so a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of event operations by coordinating with the Events Manager, Events Workers, clients, vendors, and other Loon Mountain departments involved. This person must be adaptable, a clear communicator, and excels at efficient problem solving. The Events Supervisor is a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is consistently mindful of operations and thinking a step ahead. The supervision includes and is not limited to:
