We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Environmental Engineer with a focus on water and wastewater systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of water and wastewater treatment solutions that help safeguard our natural resources and ensure sustainable water management practices. With a solid foundation in environmental engineering principles, you will collaborate on a variety of challenging projects aimed at improving water quality, enhancing system efficiency, and addressing regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
  • Under light supervision, create basic to moderate complexity water and wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer systems, pipelines, pump stations, remediation sites, solid waste facilities, and related engineering designs to meet client project requirements.
  • Review draft designs and reports for compliance with federal, state and local regulations; ensure firm policies and practices are followed on all designs.
  • Perform site reviews and studies to align designs with location specifications; update design requirements as necessary.
  • Perform water quality analyses and modeling.
  • Contribute to the firm’s Technical Knowledge Management by developing white papers and technical design documentation of new or special case designs; submit technical papers and designs for publishing to technical journals.
  • Attend conferences and symposia to improve visibility of the firm’s products and services in collaboration with applicable sales staff.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to more junior staff; review the work of more junior staff.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
