Responsibilities
  • Manage projects at the most innovative health systems on the planet. The top-ranked health systems in U.S. News and World Report are Epic customers, including the Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, and leading academic medical centers.
  • Lead software installations and support as healthcare providers go live with Epic software.
  • Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide comprehensive post-implementation support.
  • Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) as part of a project management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or greater (any major)
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
