Primary Responsibilities

  • Running brake press.
  • Conducting tests to support Business Unit and New Product Development teams.
  • Regularly communicate test status and issues that arise.
  • Assist in design, building, and supporting NPD needs.
  • Utilize 6S principles and perform lab audits to ensure lab spaces remain clean and organized.
  • Completing all necessary safety training and conduct STOP audits to ensure a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Brake Press operating/programming experience.
  • Understanding of CNC Panel Bending equipment, Mechanical and Hydraulic presses, spot welder and/or automated spot welder, laser or brake press.
  • Sheet metal fabrication.
  • CAD/SOLIDWORKS experience (2+ years).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teamwork and good communication.
  • Able to provide input on best practices for new part development.
